Pompiers de Virginie

L'État de Virginie abrite de nombreuses villes indépendantes et des comtés, qui financent eux-mêmes leurs services de secours, afin de venir en aide aux habitants en cas d'accidents de la circulation, industriels, domestiques, d'incendies de forêts, d'inondations ou de catastrophe naturelle.

Majoritairement composés de pompiers volontaires, les centres de secours de Virginie sont répartis sur l'ensemble du territoire de l'État et leurs moyens dépendent de ceux du comté ou de la ville dont ils dépendent.
